We offer free delivery across Lebanon within 24–72 hours of your order. Once your order is on its way, we'll keep you posted so you know when to expect it.
Cash on delivery & inspect before you pay
You can pay cash on delivery — and you inspect your bag before you pay. Open it, check the tags and codes, feel the leather. Only pay once you're happy. If it's not what you expected, you can decline it at the door, no pressure.
Returns
Because you inspect every bag before paying, all completed sales are final — there's no need for a returns process when you've already seen and approved your bag in person.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't the item you ordered, we'll fix it. Just message us on WhatsApp at +961 76 970 098 (or email info@shopvarn.com) within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll take care of you right away.
